ABACA FIBER or SINAMAY comes from the same plant family as the banana tree, producing a fiber that is amazingly strong and versatile.  Our 19" wide 'WRAP' comes in an assortment of rich hues, everything from bright tropicals to deep jewel tones, to subtle organic shades, creating a colorful and versatile collection of textiles.  The 'WRAPS' are a great choice when you want something that has that natural look, yet is not neutral in color.   

Sold "by the yard" or in a 30 yd. Bulk Roll, our ABACA FIBER 'WRAP' width comes in over 20 rich colors that can be combined with other natural fibers or handmade papers for an endless variety of decorative and creative art/craft projects.  Many of the same colors are also available in our ABACA FIBER 'RIBBON' (2") width.

 ABACA WRAP can be easily spray painted any color or combination of colors for your own unique effects.   Here I used metallic spray paints to create rich glittery, but subtle toned shades.  And we used the "Sand" for all of these yummy colors.
