This is the handmade paper that we orginally started with in 1990.  At the time it was being produced exclusively for the very discriminating Japanese market, and it took a lot of talking to convince the papermill that we could appreciate the quality, and that yes, we did want to buy this beautiful paper!

The Eurorap is an extremely strong, somewhat heavier paper with a deep surface texture and wonderfully rich colors.  Made to the exacting Japanese standards, this stuff is strong enough to make clothes out of (actually had an art instructor make an entire dress ensemble out of the various purple, mauve and lavender papers and wear it throughout a five day art retreat).  Don't try to wash them though!  

All sheets have full deckle edges.
