Embracing the difficult to describe wabi sabi ethos, our Wabi Sabi Paper Paks feature a unique collection of strong yet mellow hues - if these papers spoke, they would whisper, not shout.

With 15 colors in total, we have divided the papers into 2 collections, "Earth & Clay" with 7 colors & "Stone & Water" with 8 colors,  all of which compliment each other beautifully.  Papers are 7-1/2" x 10-1/4" and have one smooth and one rougher surface, with some papers also including visible fiber bits.

The "Earth & Clay" (7 pcs) collection contains beater dyed (pigment in the pulp) handmade papers in soft, warm shades of taupe, plum, clay, rust and grey.  Includes "Dusty Plum", "Daily News Charcoal", "Slate", "Russet", "Peach Latte", "Mixed Fruit" &"Putty". 

 The "Stone & Water" (8 pcs) grouping contains 8 pieces of beater dyed handmade papers in deep, rich shades of green, blues, greys, purples and rust and grey.  Includes "3::00pm Sky", "Blue Spruce", "Storm", "Shetland Tweed", "Fig", "Mahogany", "Cinnamon" & "Berry Frappe".

Although these papers have visible fiber, they have a smooth enough surface to allow for some quite detailed printing - even capturing these ephemeral spider webs!

 Wonderful for collage, mixed media and any other type of art and/or craftwork, we especially love these papers for nature printing.

  And ANYTHING that you do that combines the various colors together is going to be pretty fabulous!
