Our FAKE FISH are made of a lightweight foam/resin, then  covered in a painted surface and finished off with fins & tail made of cornhusk! 

Extremely realistic looking, we have had people come up to a  string of these fellows and ask "are they real"?

("helloooooo - if  you can't smell 'em, then they probably aren't real").

We love these used anywhere and everywhere.  

Because they are so easy to cut and/or slice, I use them frequently in my own pieces of mixed media.

Print a seafood dinner menu on one; Hang a "Guard Fish" outside your patio door; Make some "fish art" (I used a "Moon Fish" & real seaweed for my Seabowl below); Capture a fish & keep him in a birdcage; Pile a "fresh catch" into a bowl for a centerpiece; Add fish to floral (seaweed) arrangements; Glue a few fish on your bathroom wall; Hang a string of fish in the kitchen; Or, one of my favorites, cut a fish in half & put his head & tail on opposite sides of a post or door.
