| Coconut Kate lives by the edge of the sea on an imaginary, unnamed, tropical island. The sun shines all day, and evening thundershowers insure the verdant growth of an infinite variety of lush tropical foliage, including the coconut palm. When not globe trotting, in search of her other passion, fabrics and textiles, Coconut Kate spends much of her day dreaming in her hammock (suspended between two coconut palms, of course). Here she comes up with her coco ideas for the coconuts that her environment so abundantly supplies, and turns them into a variety of things that is nothing short of amazing. (actually our coconut products are produced by a number of different peoples, including a group of nuns that run an orphanage in the South Pacific) |
