Papiers "Wrinkle" Ribbon "French Blue"
A wonderful, heavier weight paper that has been “pre-distressed and wrinkled, it is beater dyed for full color on both sides. It can be used in the same way as conventional ribbon, but it is also great fun to knot, braid or plait these with two or three colors to create new and unusual effects. Ribbon is 5” wide. These color coordinate with the Papiers “Wrinkle” Wrap and Paper Wire. Sold by the yard or in a 50 yard bulk roll.
